As an Engineering Designer, Ryan is involved in routine SWPPP inspections, lead service line inventory preparation, and preparation of construction contract documents. He provides drafting support and
assistance during field walkdowns. Ryan has experience performing construction observation during
municipal utility work including documenting site conditions, tracking quantities, and preparing and submitting daily field observation reports.
